Monitoring -
Together with our service provider, we have implemented a fix to get emails flowing.
All queues are empty. We will continue monitoring the flows to make sure new emails do not get stuck.

Identified -
We have identified the root cause of the problem and are working with our providers to solve the issue. Previous sent emails is still held in outgoing queue. Currently not sure if new emails will be sent.
